I'm not the only resource available to you here (and by no means a guru.) I'd encourage you to take advantage of Wendy's offer as well. Never turn down another set of eyes - especially those that are willing to look! :-)
In your situation, you want to appeal to both commercial and contracting industries. I've happily married these two pursuits for candidates so that one resume works well for both. It cuts down on your job search work tremendously. Again, to provide a solid answer to you on this, I would need to take a look at your document versus what your goals are.

In reading your page here it seems as if you have two seperate schools of thought - starting your own contracting business or working for a bigger company. Each of those interests would involve a slightly different variation of your resume which I will explain with my review.
