In my opinion, below are just a few great reasons to consider becoming a Sales Associate with AT&T:

AT&T has a superb marketing team-as you may have encountered - commercials (radio, television, internet, etc...), billboards, print advertisements, etc...

In 2008, AT&T again was ranked #1 on Fortune magazine's "World's Most Admired Telecommunications Company" list and #1 on "America's Most Admired Telecommunications Company" list.

AT&T has the best products and services available among all the other options. Top of the line!

Sales Associates receive incoming calls-customers call AT&T (Small Business and Residential customers) -the Sales Associate position is not a telemarketing position.

Sales Associates receive incoming phone calls from local to national callers.

The first day on the payroll-the Sales Associate goes directly into training (which currently lasts at least one month, possibly up to three months)-learning ALL information/resources necessary to excel in the Sales Associate role.

Once the Sales Associate successfully completes the required training (which is paid training-amount of pay is the amount hired to join the team), the Sales Associate is transferred to one of the many existing small teams within the center.

As a part of one of the team's at the center, the Sales Associate will have a Coach (immediate manager) who along with the team will work directly with the team members and guide them to excel in their efforts.

There's a base pay ranging from starting $530.50 and up (depending on the location) per week based on 37.5 hours a week, PLUS commissions, bonuses and incentives. Apply what's taught in training on every incoming phone call and one has the opportunity to earn an average of about $50-60,000.00 in the first year! Many Sales Associates average more!

Most centers currently opens approximately 7am-7pm, Monday- Friday (not necessarily the candidate's work hours). The work hours are 37.5 hours a week. In order to be considered, one must be available to work within the open hours of the center. Keep in mind that the nature of this position may require the Sales Associate to work some holidays and weekends (if the needs of the business requires).

Great news!........ AT&T is currently in the process of evaluating, testing and interviewing candidates to consider for upcoming hiring dates for many locations.

If YOU or someone you know possess sales skills, qualified and interested in pursuing a Sales Associate opportunity with AT&T, I highly recommend applying immediately at www.att.jobs!
