I mentioned a few weeks ago that having multiple resume formats was important. And it is true that you should have a resume created for each of the types or levels of job you are looking for. But I think that you should not forget to make sure that you have a resume formated for the resume's first audience and not just your final audience.

MONDAY'S TIP: Just Do It

It is like those old sneaker ads used to say. You have got to "Just Do It" if you want to get it done.

About a week ago I found someone that had a near perfect resume for a job that I was trying to fill. I spoke with them over the following days and they were as interested in the job as I was interested in getting them hired. Nice for you to be interested in myself on this site. I am presently unemployed, and re-certifying in IT. I have an A+, N+, and taking the CCNA over now as my cert. expired. The final test is Thurs. and then I go fishin with the kids in KY lake.
